Yes this is perfect for dying clothes in the washing machine provided they are natural not synthetic fabrics

First check the dye is suitable for the material, then weigh the amount of material you have. That's assuming you can get the material off the buggy easily. Then it's just a question of following the instructions. If dyeing in your washing machine make sure you do an empty wash after to get rid of any loose dye and wipe the seals well. I've had good results both with the bucket method and in the washing machine.

Q: Can you use this on denim jeans?

I have not used it for that. I found it works well as a spot cover for other material but runs a bit in the wash .
