Great customer support
Installed this unit in our basement to help with damp issues. Worked great, and has kept our basement nicely dry for a few years. We did have a problem recently but their customer support was perfect. Andre was quick to respond and helped troubleshoot the problem over a couple of emails. They sent a new motherboard and pump with precise installation instructions and the unit was up and running again in no time. Great unit and 5 stars for customer support.

Great dehumidifier
Bought two. Both working well so far. Extract water from air quickly.I put one in crawl space, does not hear any noise on first floor. I put the second one on first floor, it is a little noisy. But to be reasonable, I would not expect it extracts that much of water from air and make no noise. So it deserves 5 star.

This machine is fantastic. I did have a couple of issues with it, but the customer service handled the issues with perfection. Highly recommend.

An excellent unit in a tough service
An excellent product! Ran it hard in a new house build and with nearly 90% outside humidity kept the building below 50%. A minor issue was addressed promptly by their customer service which was a top notch group, one of the best I’ve worked with!

Works well to dry out our basement
We have a high humidity basement and need to run this dehumidifier every so often. It’s pretty powerful, works really well to decrease the humidity quickly and has a long drainage hose to reach our sump pump. My one criticism is that the controls and directions to use them are a bit incomprehensible (maybe it’s operator error but I usually can figure out directions) so I never know exactly what I’ve got it set at. But otherwise, a good professional grade dehumidifier. Caution— It’s REALLY heavy so you’re not going to want to move it around a lot (especially up and down stairs) once you get it situated. Not a criticism just an observation.

Not your average plastic dehumidifier!
It’s only been 3 days but it works very well! You can tell why it’s more expensive than the other less commercial ones I’ve bought. Very happy so far!

Great Product and Custom Service
had a problem with the unit when received worked with Eileen she was excellent to work with and got a new unit sent out. Using this in my office basement where I have always had a humidity problem. Well Problem solved! Thanks Alorair and Eileen.
