Hard to dissolve
This stuff is hard to dissolve only thing I found was everclear its like 180 something proof liquor and with that it didn't seem to numb at all I feel like it was a waste of money would have returned it but I didn't try it within the 30 day return time might be the best just couldn't find a way to use it
