Tap into your Limitless Potential and discover your Superpowers
Jim has an amazing ability to help you unlock your abilities and inspire you to better use your brain. Whenever I watch any Jim Kwik video, I am always mesmerised with how he inspires everyone and provides really actionable tactics to help anyone improve their memory, reading, thinking, focus and learning activities. This is why I was super excited to get the book. The book is a very easy read and helps the reader understand the limitless model which encompasses Mindset, Motivation and Methods. Jim starts with explaining why this is important especially today when we are affected by Digital Dementia and Digital Deduction where the dependency on technology is actually stopping us from using our brains effectively, have better recall and read and learn better.I think this is a very important part of the book as it sets the scene outlining what the issues are and then very clearly makes a statement that this can all be fixed. We can turn on the power and tap into the neuroplasticity of our brain. It obviously needs a system and training and this is what the remainder of the book lays out.Part 2 of the book covers the WHAT aspect, the MINDSET and discusses possibility. It covers some really useful concepts on belief systems and the 7 lies of learning.Part 3 covers the WHY, the MOTIVATION and focusses on purpose, energy, flow and small simple steps.Part 4 covers the HOW, the METHODS and discusses Focus, Study, Memory, Speed Reading and Thinking. This is comprehensive gives practical exercisesWhat I love about the book:- It is packed with wisdom to help you to reflect and take action- It is packed with actionable tools, each chapter has sections called Kwik Start which prompt you to do something, write something or outline a technique. (I have included a photo showing an example of this)- It comes with a 10 Day video course called Kwik Start which can be used along with the book. It has great content and Jim inspires as he teaches this- It makes you BELIEVE that you can learn better and it helps you see this by giving you the tools and helping you develop the mindset- Every page is packed with useful information. This is not about Jim showing us how good he is. No waffle, no trying to repeat unnecessary things. The book delivers high-quality content on every page. There are dedicated pages for quotes but these add value to a book designed to be functional, a great reference guide and support to implement action.- It provides a framework to help train your brain. You won't improve just by reading the book, you will have to do the exercise and have a training regimen. Jim helps you to implement this.If you want to tap into your limitless potential and discover your Superpowers. If you want to be a better learner to improve all areas of your life then this is a great book to read. I highly recommend this book for anyone of any age. Use it not only for yourself but everyone else in your life. It will be life-changing but only if you read and implement it.

It has personally helped me read faster, retain information better, and approach things with the right mindset, motivation and methods... All of this you will learn in the book.I have since purchased some of Jim Kwiks online courses which are all well worth it too. Each goes into a topic more in depth and they are easily accessible via the great app, Kwik Brain Universe.10/10

Nothing that I haven't already known
Most, if not all of the things that Jim Kwik teaches in this book are not new. I've learned all these through learning how to learn workshops in my high school, and also through my own reading of Bono, Buzan, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this isn't a good book. It's actually a very useful book filled with super helpful tips and advice to accelerate learning. This review is more towards reflecting on what I've already known and how much I've practiced what I've known. To echo Jim Kwik, knowledge not applied serves no purpose at all. What I've been doing for many years is doing things the old way, despite knowing that there are better ways. What this book has done is remind me of all the things I've already learned her failed to practice. Being a teacher, I also realise how much my own students have missed out as I never expose them to any of these techniques.I appreciate Jim's limitless model that combine motivation and mindset to methods. I think it's brilliant. But then again, I must say nothing new here. But these are knowledge that I must put into practice and teach to my students.

Powerful methods on learning how to learn!
LimitlessI absolutely love this book. Is the book I’ve been searching all my life to find. Every part it teaches me something, it feeds the brain like nothing before. I read faster, I write better, I speak freerly and I see changes in all areas of life. With ease I am moving to the directions I want. It has renewed my life in all aspects. It’s the most powerful seed planted in my system. My brain is more clear and feels lighter. I started to fall in love with learning like never before. Only when I was a child I felt this enthusiasm. The book Limitless makes me believe I already have what it takes to be and do whatever I want. All the models and tools makes sense and are turning my desires to learn feel like magic. Thank you to Jim Kwik for writing what I needed so badly. To learn how to learn. So profoundly powerful!!!!!P.s Here is the prove you read it. If I didn’t read this book I would have never had the confident to write this review. Overwhelmed with joy! Thank you!

It got me started on reading books
I've been wanted to start reading books for a while, but always put it off. Before reading this book, to build my confidence I read a smaller book that I have already read in primary school (Private Peaceful). This book openned my eyes to alot of techniques for consistency, habits, training your brain and reading! I would suggest reading this book if like me you want to start reading full books, but couldn't be asked to complete it - it gives motivation as to why you should read. There's a lot more to this book than just learning to read, its focussed on creating a lot of good habits, advice for life in general and making you think of the why.Only bad point is, sometimes the author loses the reader when he starts marketting his websites/ podcasts. It should have been a standalone book with maybe one page at the end with some additional resources - rather than having them througout the book (like 5-6 times). But it doesnt matter, because the book's content is very useful! Definitely recommend it.

Masterclass!!! ⭐
Jim Kwik's "limitless" is a masterclass in personal development and cognitive enhancement. It's a transformational experience that promises to unlock your brain's full potential. He shares his own tragic past where he had a traumatic brain injury. He skilfully weaved his own personal story in the introduction with practical advise and actionable strategies. We always complain that we know what must be done but don't know how to do it. You know that you're weak in a certain area and you need to work hard. The problem is... How? How should you implement it? Tons of books tells you what must be done but there are only a few which tells you how it should be done. Limitless is that book. It tells you about the implementation part. How to do it. And, that's where it shines. I won't talk about the inner content of the book. Read it for yourself.Book came in a very good condition as you can see. Also, don't get scared by the removable cover page. If you don't know, it's called a 'dust jacket.' Book is just a normal black hardcover book. The cover is then wrapped around it which acts as a dust jacket for it and it's easily removable. It protects your hardcover from dust, scratches, etc. So, don't get anxious if you see your cover like this. It's just how modern manufacturing works. Not only it serves as a dust jacket but is also used for advertising and for the front cover. Clever and economical. The quality of the pages are very good. I loved the font style and the spacing between them. It's easily readable. So, 5 stars from my side. Buy it in sale if you can wait. I think you might steal a deal that time. ;)

LIFE CHANGING
Limitless Review: Jim Kwik. What an incredible person and what an incredible book. I’ve learn things in this book that have dramatically improved my quality of life in the form of a promotion a work, recall, building my library (in over flow now, lol), my deductive reasoning, memory recall, and so much more. The frame work alone has me computing situations much faster. Folks, you’ll learn about things in this book such as; digital dementia and the affects of blue light, effects of EMF, and many other brain health facts that are not all that common. The strategies and the nemonic devices that Jim offers have been ground breaking to me, and definitely help crack the codes that many of us have been stuck on for decades.I’ve shared this book with so many people, even on my social media. There are other eye opening facts that are included such as task switching and it’s perils, as well as brain hydration, and the positive effects of positive self-talk, see what I did there 😉. The chain reaction that results from speed reading and the focus that is derived from it.I’ve literally taken almost every course that the Kwik Learning team has offered and I’ve grown in my career, my endeavors, and in life. This book is so good that coming to the end of it is bitter sweet. These are tools many of us probably wish we would have had decades ago, but hey, we have them today and we shall make the rest of our lives, the best of our lives. Again, thank you so much Jim, I definitely share your podcast and book with as many people as I can.Keep inspiring the minds, your courses and book have done wonders in my life. Happy to have found your work.

10/10 Learning experience. Must read for anyone with a brain
Absolute game-changer of a book. As always, Jim manages to teach how to unlock the limitless potential of the mind through memorable techniques. The essence of the book is the 3M model which posits that when our mindset, motivation, and methods coalesce we gain access to a limitless life. The book is filled with simple action steps that have an immediate effect on your learning experience. The mindset portion debunks myths we commonly hold regarding our minds. For example, intelligence is fixed. Not only is intelligence fluid, but it varies from one person to the next (there are 8 different intelligence types). Next, he teaches how to identify and overcome the limiting beliefs that hold you backThen, he unpacks how motivation relates to purpose, energy, and habits. There is a method behind the magic and Jim's simple explanations seem to constantly leave an impression. One of my biggest takeaways here was that we are most motivated when our reasons relate to our passions, our identity, and our values. He also dives into accessing flow which is something I think we could all use more of.Lastly, Jim discusses methods to focus, memorize, study, read and think more efficiently. I can't stress how helpful these techniques have been in boosting my concentration, memory, and comprehension.

Unlimit your mind and beliefs to become a master student in learning anything you want with ease
Before I started to read the Limitless book I had problem with overall daily issues with inner voices and my mindset was not really aligned with my goals our desires to even be near limitless with the mindset, motivation or the methods that you can use to learn new materials like an master student. For my goals that I was aware of I was not really highly motivated to keep learning and train my brain consistently, I didn't ask the right questions such as what, why and how.The what is it to me for what I want to learn, what I deserve and what I am capable of that was not aligned to my identity, passion, values and reasons. I had to much doubt. The limitless mindset chapter made me re-frame my beliefs and convinced me that the mind can be trained to do so much more then we usually believe, as long as you show gratitude of the all possibilities that is out there for you to learn with an positive, loving and healthy mindset. Albert Einstein and Leonardo da Vinci were true examples that you thought they were true geniuses, but they had learning difficulties and got trained to be geniuses in their field. Before I read the limitless motivation chapter the why to take any action to do something was average at best, it required me to spend more energy to get into something and try to learn a new thing, and it was not always the case that I got into the zone by doing so since I was not prioritizing my time, right mood and attention good enough even if I eat a healthy diet that gives me energy and I have an inspiring network of highly truly successful people to motivate me.My purpose and energy and the small simple steps were not practiced so much at all. I spent to much time playing games or seeing to much series that didn't work on my personal development and personal growth even if I thought that puzzles would keep me motivated. After examine my identity, passions, reasons and values from the limitless motivation section I knew I have a lot I want to learn and to accomplish things and I understood that with a positive, loving and passionate mindset were I found the root of my identity, values and reasons you can make every learning experience to be really fun and easy and you will be highly motivated as long as you eat healthy diet, have an inspiring and motivating peer group, clean environment that cause no disturbance. The motivation chapter also taught me that even if you have high motivation based on high energy and high on purpose and small simple steps; it takes practice with small simple steps to replace an old and even bad habits with new and good habits. To form a new habit to learn about a specific topic, that topic must be relatively easy to understand, little time required to get into it, the physical effort must be low, the cost for doing it must be within your budget and close to your comfort zone to form the habit.I also learned that you can have several passions and those will change overtime and there is endless of material to learn. And to be able to form new habits, the motivation chapter taught me that it's easier to form new habits and learn new material if you have a morning routine since small accomplishment early in the morning will lead to high motivation during the day. Even the evening routines to practice learning, practice memory by going over previous learning session, train the brain and doing other tasks before going to sleep helps a lot to.With high motivation, attention, interest, clean environment and enough time without disturbance you chances greatly increases to be in the flow state when learning new stuff as the task is challenging enough. Anyone wants to be in the flow state when you are working with tasks and learning new material. Before I started to read the limitless methods chapter I knew I had issues reading articles and books it felt it was boring, tedious and I could wander-read material that took a lot of effort, time and energy. By going through the focus, study memory and speed reading chapter I realized that if you are highly motivated, highly focused, highly concentrated and with high attention with no disturbance you got into the zone really quick by reading page after page, especially if you were listening to mindfulness music or brain entertainment music and took highly valuable notes while reading new material.I have never enjoyed reading books before they way I read it now. After reading the memory chapter my dreams got much more vivid dreams and I have taken notes of them every since.I understand to be better at remembering dreams, material I read and be even faster reader with high concentration and high attention I need to practice reading on daily practice, read new material every day to be better reader, better learner, have a better memory and spend time on daily basis with spaced repetition with active recall to go over material I've read before to keep my brain and memory in shape every morning and evening. My journey as an apprentice student has just started.Thank you so much Jim Kwik for your commitment and creation of this Limitless book teaching us all of a limitless mindset, limitless motivation and limitless methods.Best regardsAndy Holst
