Ordered 2 cool and 2 warm. Both Cool arrived Unsealed ! Is this normal?

Thinking about this your question cam you elaborate what ypu mean by 'unsealed' whst is unsealed. For eg when my 3 arrived each one was inside sellophane bag tightly. Then there's the box inside, open the box there's the container filled with pearls. When you take off the lid there is a thick sponge on top of the pearls . Hooe that answers/helps

It's cruelty free as Avon don't test on animals

Does avon test on animals? Online its says they do as their items come from China which is mandatory there

I hope this answers your question. We do not test products or ingredients on animals anywhere in the world. We’ve been working for acceptance of non-animal methods for three decades. In 2019 we became the first global beauty company* selling in China to stop all animal testing of ingredients and across all its brands**.
