The perfect option for a breastfeeding & NFP mama!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using my Tempdrop arm band since my cycle retuned at 10 months postpartum. Almost a year later, and no unexpected pregnancy! Despite not sleeping through the night, I’ve been able to accurately track and chart my bbt and other symptoms with ease. The band isn’t bothersome. The app is good, and the premium subscription is worth the added features if you’re serious about avoiding pregnancy. My only complaint is that there isn’t a way for my husband to view the data without me showing/screenshotting it for him. It would be nice if he had access to the data so he could plan for our “safe” days. That’s literally my only complaint! I highly recommend tempdrop!

Perfect Cycle Tracker
I love this and it works amazingly!! It makes tracking my cycle very easy and has been helping me a lot with not getting pregnant so I don't have to use hormone birthcontrol or any gels. I can see when I'm getting close to ovulating and can use condoms then and it's been the best way for me to keep healthy and keep from getting pregnant

It's ok, I guess...
Update - March 2023: Sharing for anyone else frustrated with their armbands and looking for an almost-free solution. For the last several months, I've been using my TempDrop with a MacGyver'd armband made simply by wrapping 3" wide stretchy self-adhesive bandage around my arm. After turning the TempDrop on, I slide it between my arm and my "armband", and the TempDrop stays perfectly snug without me losing feeling in my fingers in the middle of the night. My makeshift armband is multi-use and way more comfortable than the TempDrop armband was before it broke...Also, I noticed they are now offering different sized armbands. This was not available when I purchased my TempDrop. I hope the new armbands are better than the one that came with mine, but just like the premium features of the app, I refuse to spend more money to use this expensive device. And, why should we when the calendar and graphing features in other 3rd party apps, like PreMom, are free?I still like the functionality of the TempDrop, as I mentioned in my original review. In fact, my temps from yesterday and this morning prompted me to take a pregnancy test -- and it's POSITIVE!!!...................................I really like the concept of the TempDrop. I tried a digital traditional style BBT thermometer, but after waking me up, my dogs didn't like it when I continued to lay there for 1-2 minutes instead of taking them outside or giving them breakfast. They would get antsy, and then start to wake my husband up. The convenience factor of the TempDrop is worth the cost to me. With TempDrop, my dogs wake me up, and I don't even think about getting my BTT. Most days, they're waking me up between 3:30-4:30AM, and I go back to bed. So, for me, the TempDrop is better than taking my BBT in the normal ways. However, the lacy armband while cute, is TOO SMALL. I'm not that big of a girl, but I had to completely let out the arm band, and sometimes it still feels like a blood pressure cuff squeezing the life out of my arm. I suppose that helps it to not move, but I hate the "ghost feel" that lingers on my arm for hours into the day. The sensor has TWICE not recorded or lost the info. Maybe I did something wrong, but, IDTS... And, my last issue is more with the TempDrop company and their app. For such an expensive little gadget, the "premium" features in the app should be standard and free. I know, I know, subscriptions are a gimmick, I mean method, for continued streams of income... I get it. It's ridiculous and I hate it, but maybe after dropping nearly $200 on their product, they could or should offer at least one year of free Premium. Maybe at the end of that year I would want to subscribe because I really like the extras that aren't provided in the free version. As it is now, I am not a subscriber, and I won't subscribe. In conclusion, I like the TempDrop. I would buy a new one if something tragic happened to it, but I will not subscribe to the app.

Definitely worth it!
I’ve had this model for several months and it’s the best basal thermometer I’ve used yet!Super easy and comfortable to wear, I do wish the app had a few more specifics in it when it comes to tracking symptoms, but otherwise it has been a great experience!

Broken and Useless
Updated Again to add: after inconsistent use for 3 years (only for a few months when I’m trying ti get pregnant) this tempdrop has been rendered completely useless. I have to open the tempdrop every time I try to use it because it won’t turn on due to the cheap chip they use no longer working when it touches the battery unless I bend the gold parts back to touch it. and then when I try to sync it, I have to do it again which destroys the sync data. Completely worthless and not worth 170 dollars. You can buy a basal thermometer for 35 dollars, and you should at this point because tempdrop now has a subscription service for their product that used to be free other than the sleep data. Really shady and shifty, and sad.Updated to add: I used to be able to see ovulation predictions without paying the premium subscription. I got pregnant and stopped using the tempdrop. Now that I’m not pregnant I am using it again and I’m sad to see you need the premium subscription for any prediction and use other than just logging the temp. I have another fertility tracker I’m interested in that I may replace this with. I had the premium subscription before just so I could use the sleep tracking aspect of the app but now that I need it for every aspect of what this product is supposed to be used for, it seems really cheap of the company to essentially sell a permanent subscription if you want any ease using their $170 product.I use this for tracking my fertility and now I pay for the subscription to track my sleep and I’m really finding a lot of value in that. I’ve used it for a little over a year and just bought the subscription recently and it is really incomplete without it, in my opinion. I find overall value is 4/5 due to high price paired with subscription. The biggest thing that helped me was buying one of those arm bands you put your phone in while you’re running and putting that on my leg at night and slipping the temp drop in there between the fabric and my skin. It has to be tight but not uncomfortable. I store the tempdrop in the pocket when not in use. Keeping the temp drop on my leg (always same leg, same spot) has made this possible for me. Otherwise it fell out every night and I’d lose it. It has been incredibly accurate and on the dot for predicting my cycle.I plan on using it to try to get pregnant soon as well.
