What type of ink used in brand(EZ ink) catridge? (Dye or pigments)

Not sure, but the color match is pretty close to the OEM cartridges and so far, the printer has been happy with them.

can i get just yellow replacement?

Search for "Epson T127 yellow". You can get OEM from Epson or I saw one other vendor. I don't think E-Z ink does individual colors, but then the whole pack is only twice the price of one cartridge from Epson :-).
