Delicious and great Omegas
I drink this straight from the bottle (about a tablespoon) or add to coffee. Makes skin Unbelievable soft. More costly than another brand, so I buy that brand. It's good but I see now it does not contain all 3 omegas, only 2. Since I have tried both, I now feel this brand, although more money, is worth it, and this will be my oil for future purchases. And I intend to remain on this without hesitation, as long as I'm alive. Thanks for a Great product.

Excellent oil for salads...any recipe where a light non-cooked oil is needed...
Extremely light non-high heat oil that is excellent as a salad base or where non cooked is needed. Good for your health. Slight, ever so slight flavor of 'nuts/grain'...very light.
