Q: What is the interior made of? Stainless steel, aluminzed steel, or non stick? Same question for the racks.

The NON-STICK COATING on the inside walls does not make contact with your food, or vaporize at high temperatures. It is for ease of clean-up, so not a health problem to even worry about you guys. The racks are chrome plated steel, so no chemicals or non-stick coating there. I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.

The interior dimensions for the TSSTTVFDDG toaster oven are as follows: 15.75" for width, 16.36" for depth, 8.68" from heater to heater, and 6.85" from lower rack to upper heater.

Q: would you replace a regular oven to use only this one?

Depends on the kind of cooking you do. If you need to bake a 20 pound turkey on thanksgiving probably not. But I will bake a 12 pounder or a large bone in breast no problem. And the carcass from a 20 pound turkey if you’re like me and buy a couple at Thanksgiving when they’re just about free and break them down. I use commercial quarter sheet pans for most of my stuff and they work great. If you want to bake a lot you might want to go bigger with a jelly roll pan which is just the exact size of the oven in fact it’ll stick on the sides a little bit and you may end up sitting on top of the side rails instead of inside them. The convection really does help even out cooking and speed it up.
