The splitter works great, I wasn’t smart enough to figure out that the cover won’t fit over the extra light bulb but that’s entirely my mistake.

I purchased this because it's a standard twin lamp adapter, without unneeded decorator features that raise cost.Although this type of item dates almost back to the beginning of electric lighting, it's especially useful today. Unlike the old tungsten bulbs, adding more LED bulbs generally doesn't create a fire hazard. This means you can safely double the illumination from ceiling fixtures simply by using twice as many low-cost LED bulbs.

love how it brightened up my room, but it's literally a piece of plastic w/ some metal...bought 3 bc i needed them but really feel like all 3 should have been the price of 1.

This is a cheap and solid bulb splitter. This is great for doubling LED bulbs in older fixtures since 60W equivalent dimmable bulbs are easy to find, but 100W equivalents are way harder to find and much more expensive.

I like these. It enabled me to turn a ceiling fan light fixture with two sockets that I couldn't get an upgrade for into a 4 socket fixture. I was just after more lumens and more lumens I got for very little money. They don't even have to screw in all the way in case you're wondering if they will be pointing the right way when they stop turning. There is some play there.Unfortunately Amazon shipped these in a paper mailer three times and the first two times they were smashed and destroyed in transit. It's not the product's fault but I'm just telling you this in case you're in a hurry to get them to expect the possibility they will be broken if not packaged properly.

I like it, just the neck to the outlet is a bit short.
