The media could not be loaded. It’s easy to set up. The drill bits are easy to insert. It is just the right weight in the hand - not too heavy and feels balanced. I used it for a few hours and experienced no problems. The range of speed is good for being able to do both shaping or removing of nail extensions, but also using it for cuticle work. Very nice, I’m really pleased at the standard of machine for the cost.

I got this for my girlfriend as she does nails as a side business, she really likes it. It was delivered a couple days early which was a nice surprise and came with everything shown. Its very simple to use (even i can use it). Her only problem with it thus far are the drill bits, they're fine to use and work as intended but she would not recomend the drill bits for professional use as you can get better quality drill bits albeit for a higher price which would last longer and do a better job however the drill bits that come with it seem to be of decent quality for the price you pay.

I am not professional nail technician so this review is from regular user. I like my nails nice and tidy and sometimes I like to use nail extensions. I usually wear soak-off-gel or lately dipping powder. Due to the lockdown and outgrown dipping powder nails I had no choice than to take care of it myself. I have done some research for elec. nail drills and this one caught my eye. I am very happy with my purchase! It's powerful and very easy to use. The great benefit is it spins both ways compare to some others with higher price tag. It comes with manual and lots of spare sanding bands. It is very easy to learn to use it and manoeuvre it. To be honest I haven't find anything negative to say about this product. May be just that I would prefer it in different colour to pink, but no big deal ;-)

This is a great nail drill and very powerful. As a beginner you do need to be careful as it's easy to overdrill and damage your nails.

I received this today and couldn't wait to give it a try. I have a thickened toe nail which I usually get cut and filed down at a chiropodist each month. I hate people touching my feet so this time around I wanted to give it a go myself and I wasn't really expecting to be able to do it. I bought this drill and a pair of nail clippers and I'm so happy with the result! The drill is so easy to use and I'm not a very technical person. It has filed my thickened nail no problem at all. I'd really recommend this to anyone else with thickened nails :) no more trips to the chiropodist

Bought this in May, got on great with it, easy to use etc. but unfortunately it only lasted for 6 months then stopped working which as I'd only used it about once or twice a month this was rather a waste of money. Can't find any way to return it or complain except via poor review.

I researched these quite a lot. Some people I know are not happy with this but I must say I think it is worth the money and works well…so far .I have had a very expensive one before and can not personally see any difference .To use the drill just try it slowly and your pressure will determine your filing so take practice to get used to it. I’ve done both my fingernails and toes and it has done a brilliant job. I’ve used some of the tools ie sanding tool and one of the other round headed files .. yes maybe another bit better round filing tool would be a bit better but I must say I think the machine and tools are good.

Worked really great for the first year and a half, towards now it was getting a bit spotty where it would drop in speed sometimes randomly but now it's just completely dropped, no matter what setting its on and which outlet I try it with. Changed attachments and still nothing and now its over warranty I'm just going to have to get a new one unfortunately.
