I had an issue with the battery and charger and reached out to the number on the device for assistance. They were so patient with me, and even tho I had the wrong charger, they sent me a new battery and charging cable. Thank you so much!!!!!

Best mop I’ve ever had. Cleans great. I wish the reservoir was bigger but that’s my only wish, not complaint. Top notch!

The media could not be loaded. There's not enough weight to this unit to really polish the floor. It does a good job for its weight but it can't match the polishing power of a person on their knees with a rag or sponge. I used this with a water mixed with a few drops of castile soap. There was a slight wet film after the area was finished, which dried on its own in a few minutes.The LED lights are of little use. See the video to watch the unit in a kitchen area with only one set of lights on.The unit is very quiet. After 20 minutes of use it still shows 4 bars of charge which seems too good to be true, since it's only supposed to last 60 minutes according to the advertised information.Even with the drawbacks I plan to use this going forward because it's just too much wear and tear on the knees and wrists to clean the floors by hand. This is good enough and provided it lasts a couple years it will be worth it.

I enjoyed this mop until it quit working shortly after a year. I probably used it about 25-30 times when it quit spraying water. I can hear the motor running and the spray pump engaging but no water coming out. I tried letting it soak with a vinegar solution thinking that perhaps there was a build up that needed to be cleaned out but no luck with that. I took it apart and found no apparent clogs or issues other then water has been getting out of the water tank into the mop housing itself as evidenced by corrosion of screws and other components that were rusting and coming apart. I don't think this should have effected its operation but it still should not happen in an ideal world.The use of it is easy although the water compartment is very small and the opening even smaller. It is challenging to fill the mop. If you have an unsteady hand, this is not the mop for you. It cleans fine but it does not deep clean. After I mop, if I go around with a wet white rag, I can still pull up dirt that the mop did not remove. I bought the same mop for my daughter who complains about the same issue and so she uses hers less than I did mine.I have not given up on cordless electric mops yet but I won't be buying this brand again. If you would be satisfied having your mop last for only a year, this may still be a benefit to you. I just expect better.

This cordless mop is so light and easy to use especially for people who have back problems.. No heavy pushing and pulling. The customer care team are wonderful to work with if you have any questions or problems with the mop. They answer your emails within 24-48 hours. My floors come out clean and they dry so quickly. I am very satisfied with this mop and the customer service.

UPDATE REVIEW 2025:follow up from my original review…..Shortly after posting my original review the seller reached out to me and completely replaced my non working mop with a brand new one. They also applied the warranty to the new mop as well. They were super quick and very helpful with the process and they did not require me to update the review but because of their quick and for going above the standard customer service I am editing to 5 stars. This seller stands behind their product even when it breaks.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I absolutely loved this mop but pulled it out the other day to use before a big party and it didn't start up. Tried changing out the batteries and made sure everything else was fine and it was fully charged. Would not dispense water or even turn on.I have used this about 20 times since purchasing and have kept it in meticulous condition but for the price I cannot recommend this product if it breaks down after paying over $100 for this!I will definitely be looking for another cordless mop as they are awesome in my opinion but I will not be purchasing this brand an no longer recommending this to my friends and family unless the product is developed further to be more reliable. I expect better and more than 20 uses for a $100+ mop.

I have loved this mop! I even bought extra pads for it. I have had it about two years now and it seems to have worked pretty well. My only issue is that the battery does not charge anymore and it did feel like it was losing power towards the end. Now I'm back to hand mopping unless I decide to shell out another $40 for a battery on a mop that wasn't very cheap to start with. So overall, works well, but keep in mind the life of the battery and that you may have to expend more later to replace it.
