Good carrier but get sore after a while, rucksack got ripped
After using it for ca a year the carrier is great but after a long hiking it’s getting sore on your shoulder and back. We haven’t use it much max 10 times so far. Only weather permitted. But we have used the rucksack which came with it a little bit more but lately I have seen the threads came out. See pictures and I really like them as they are but don’t know how much longer it will laste. It only ripped at one side. Still hoping I could get any help or exchange from the seller but don’t know how to contact them as I’ve purchased it on Amazon UK and not through our expedition.com directly as they don’t distribute in the Uk. But other then that, really happy with it purchase.

Total disappointment. Low quality, don't be fooled by high reviews!!
Just received this carrier with high expectations from the good reviews but the quality of this carrier is a joke! So poor, awful materials and poor stitching, see my photos for a look of what came out of the box! Also, the hood included is a sham, it doesn't spring up like in videos and pictures on adverts, it is poorly made and sags down, if I got as far as putting my boy in it, I'm sure it would block his view that was the whole point of this carrier over other ones! Seriously, DO NOT BUY THIS. Ours is being sent back immediately. The idea is fine but the execution is shocking, leaving much to be desired. Utter disappointment.
