We all lack magnesium. Got these and so far so good. Although large I find easy to swallow with room temperature water.

I use Mg every day to help relax the heart muscles and for sleep. If one studies the importance of Mg, you soon come to realise the importance of this incredible supplement for the Heart, Blood Pressure and 321 different functions of the body. It also works with Vitamin D to help it metabolise. The problem many people have with Mg is that it can upset the stomach and does not absorb well, especially if it is in the Oxide form. I have tried so many different formulations but discovered Glycinate as being the very best. This formulation of Citrate is a great Mg for absorption, but it can also create a laxative effect upon the stomach.
