Purchased this as a work phone. Unfortunately discovered it was not compatible with my network. Had to return. That being said the quality of the refurbish was top notch! If it had been in original packaging I never would have guessed it was refurbished. Not a mark on it. Battery life was great for the limited testing I did with it. Ultimately had to return the device. The amazon refurbished reseller (bayshine Trading) Accepted the return with no issues at all. Had my money back the day after it was received by them in the mail. While I didnt ultimately get to keep the device My experience with bayshine Trading was way better than expected. They are a great reseller and highly reccomend!

I purchased the Galaxy Note 10 Plus enabled Version from Amazon and was excited to use it. However, upon receiving the phone, I discovered that it was not Verizon enabled as stated in the title. When I contacted Amazon's customer service, they acknowledged that there have been issues with the phone not being unlocked, yet they still continue to sell it. This is highly disappointing and misleading. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I replaced the same model because the screen was faded and the screen replacement cost as much as a new phone!

This is a classic example of false advertising. Unless I missed something, they do not inform you that this is not compatible with Verizon 5G Network. In fact there were threats of class action lawsuits over this device because Verizon launched it on an older 5G Network that's no longer part of their business model. They should explicitly explain this is only going to work on a 4G network oh, that way no one can complain. Otherwise the device was in excellent shape, and works well.I included a screenshot, which shows that's connected to 4G. It will not connect to any 5G unless you go to one of just a handful of towers that are located in urban centers. The closest to me would be in Downtown LA which makes no sense at all. Why advertise and sell a 5G handheld device you know very well the issues with this chip and phone.

The comments and some FAQ say it will work with a sprint provider, it will not work with those providers. Since services are changing in 2022 it will have connection issues coming up. Phone looked like and was a Note 10+ 5G but again would not work with providers.

Charger does not fit/work.
