Does this come with a dropper?

I have ordered the 1 oz., 2 oz. and 4 oz. bottles of this, the 1 oz. & 2 oz. came with the attached dropper but the 4 oz. did not.

Is this product diluted? or 100% pure?

This product is NOT diluted...100% pure. When you put it into a diffuser or a pan on your stove to put the fragrance throughout your home, you will dilute it with distilled or purified water, NOT tap water. It helps keep your sinuses open, freshens your laundry when added to your detergent (which should be free from fragrance). It also keeps bed bugs away,,,it destroys them.
