Q: does DCT have sun protection?

It doesn't list it in the description, nor in the close up photographs but it's rated SPF 20. I've been using this for over 20 yeas and is by far the best lip protection I've found. I highly recommend it!

Q: Does this have fragrance?

Not really. There is a little flavor/fragrance, but only because it's under your nose. However, I've never found anything better for preventing dry, chapped lips, or repairing dry cracked lips. It's anazing. This is all I ever use.
