25lbs is about the max I'd confidently recommend.

18" long. Approx. 10" high (with lid on) & approx. 7" high (with lid off). Approx. 13" deep (front to back).

Q: I am warning a larger one possibly 30 quart size to go over two burner stove commercial stove do they make one ?

They don't make a 30qt. I think the largest is 25qt. It definitely takes two burners
