Bought for my nephew
My nephew was growing out of his old life jacket so we bought him a new one for his birthday. He loves it, it works as directed and we feel safe with him wearing it.

Great life jacket for boys
Fits my son perfectly and such high quality material. This life jacket will definitely last a long time. I will say they are slim fitting so if you child is bigger for their age be prepared to need an extra set of hands to help them zip them up, but once it's on it stretches to them. They float so much better than the old style of life jackets and my son loved the look of it. #momwin

Nice quality but runs small and tight
Bought this for my son, he is thin athletic build. 56" tall at 65 lbs. Its is very snug on him. Wont work much longer for him. I have zip it for him cause of how tight it is. Quality is great and looks sharpe though.

Life jacket
It seems to run small. I know it goes up to I believe 70 lbs but 7 always complains how tight it is on him and he is thin and only weights 55 lbs . It fits but definitely not when he weights that much

Great fit and mobility
First thing my son said after he put it on was how well he was able to move his arms around with no restriction. He'll be wearing this vest for years on the boat.

Great Fit
As with any life vest you didn't get to try on in person, I was worried about the fit. I bought this so my 9 year old daughter could both swim off a pontoon boat (in PA where we have to live with the fish and game commissions rules) and use it for kayaking. This fit perfectly. She can swim in it happily, which was trouble with other vests, and she can paddle in it without getting chaffing under the arms. The construction is really solid, this will holdup for a while as more kids will grow into it.

Tight fit & zipper does not stay zipped up
I purchased this for my 8 yo son who is skinny and muscular and it is very tight, making it difficulty to zip up. After about a month we started noticing that the zipper started coming down on its own and he is constantly having to re-zip the lifejacket. I tried looking into replacing it since I would consider this to be a defective product but since I purchased it through Amazon, not the O'Neil website, the company will not replace the item. This lifejacket will be in the trash soon : (
