Lovely Oster steamer. Cooking and storage capacity is 3 quarts can't wait to use. Will hold enough vegetables for family of 4. I trust this product as I trust my Oster blender that has glass and steel housing making it durable and safe. I have not used as of yet but like FRESH vegetables that I can eat that are NOT too soft and maintain their vitamins and minerals and not lost in water. There is no smell to product. It's stainless steel so probably won't rust. Versatile as the bottom can be used without strainer, lid is ventilated, and fits BOTH pans. I wash ALL stainless steel by hand as dishwasher detergent has propensity to dull stainless steel.

Dad and grandpa here. I frequently cook for the grandkids and encourage them to eat veggies. I use to use a bamboo steamer but this is so easy to use . I love that it can go into the dishwasher and the lid fits both the pot and basket so it can be used to cook other products. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it was a bit bigger!

Functionality, space saving. Good quality. Very pleased. I been cooking for years and I've never had a pan like this, I've needed one multiple times but just made due. So glad I finally bought one!!

Works like a charm. I had this before and it got lost in my recent move. The set I ordered is just like the set I lost.

It arrived, I opened the boxes, removed the contents and assembled everything together. The lid fit the strainer but the strainer was not steady on the pot's top. I washed everything and then I put water in the pot, heated it up, carefully balanced the strainer on top of the pot, added some frozen pork dumplings, put the lid on top and waited for the food to steam. It did what it was supposed to do but the pot and strainer don't set well together.Then I put the lid on the pot. It didn't sit good because the pot was bent or warped. I did what I could to try and rebend/warp the pot to make it round again. I think I succeeded but its still not a snug fit.I'm going to chalk it up to poor craftsmanship and cheap ass materials.But, for 22 bucks and some change, I will make it work. I guess I shouldn't have used it. I don't know. I need my meds.

Love my steamer! I use it all the time. It cleans up great and holds a lot of veggies!
