I use this for sport conditioning, increased circulation, and all around aches when massaging. I have used this product for years, and even mix with thicker massage creams to kick them up a notch. Love this product, and the smell isn't bad either.

Great glide for deep tissue
I've been using this product since 2012 and the only thing that sucks about it is the price. Unfortunately it's worth it though. I typically do 30, 60, 90, and 120 min deep tissue massages, and this stuff does the trick. It doesn't dry out quickly so the glide lasts for the duration. Not too slippery so you don't slide off. I only buy the massage creme.
