Perfect replacement - looks great - works even better!
I don't even know what brand kitchen faucet I have but by matching up the pictures with my old one I got lucky and was able to find the exact one I needed. The only difference is my old one had kind of a frosted finish while this new one is shiny. You can see in my photos the shiny one is the new one.I notice there's no reducer (little screen) installed in the base of the new one. I think that's a good thing because even though I know it does more than reduce water volume/pressure I want the most pressure possible. My old head had the same two settings... a steady flow rate and a high-intensity spray. But it was wearing out. When you turn the water completely off it should automatically reset to the steady flow. My old one wasn't doing that but the new one is. A big improvement. But the biggest difference is the new one has better pressure. Could be the lack of a reducer/screen or maybe the insides of my old one were getting gummed up. Regardless this new one works great and was super easy to install. Just be sure to screw it on tight to avoid leaking.

Finally a solution for my 20 year-old Price Pfister faucet. New sprayer fits the original hose!
New sprayer fits perfectly. No leaks at all detected. This sprayer is being used on a 20+ year-old Price Pfister faucet. It was difficult to order the correct one to fit. The inside diameter of the sprayer was the big issue. The other sprayers weren't big enough to fit the existing hose. Measurements aren't helpful, we're talking 100ths of an inch difference. The difference is so small you can't even see it. I'm posting a picture of the original sprayer hose that needed to fit into this new sprayer. I spent days trying to hunt this down. I tried two others, they were nice, but they were too small to accommodate the original hose. No leakage, took 30 seconds to replace.

Better than original
Needed to replace Kohler faucet sprayer head and it was so expensive we considered buying a new faucet. Decided to try this instead since it was so reasonably priced and except for our original faucet being a glossy black and this is matte, it is perfect. Easy to install and actually works better than the original Kohler sprayer head when it was new. Sprayer function is strong and it reverts to the non-sprayer setting when you shut off faucet whereas the original would stay in sprayer setting until you changed it which often resulted in you getting drenched when you turned on faucet and it was still set to spray. Finish difference (matte v. glossy) isn’t really that glaring and for the difference in price and ease of installation, it was totally worth it.

Perfect fit for a decrepit Price Pfister spray head
The sprayer for my 2003 vintage Price Pfister sprayer had deteriorated to the point that fissures were opening up on the handle and spraying water. We're going to be remodeling so I did not want to replace the entire faucet, so this sprayer was a perfect solution. I unfortunately did not research the different styles to find a brushed nickel version of this sprayer which would look like it came with the original faucet, but this version is fine and looks like it belongs on the faucet. The attachment works perfectly, with the caveat that the stream setting is somewhat weak, but the spray setting is INSANELY powerful and the spray bounces off of any surface and all over the kitchen! Usually I need to turn down the water pressure to a trickle in order to use the sprayer. This is why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars... it's not perfectly executed and I would trade it again for a head that behaved better in use. This is exactly the opposite behavior of the original Pfister spray head which had a weak spray and a too strong stream. Anyway, this device beats the heck out of paying $80+ for a new faucet.

Works exactly as it should
This spray handle is exactly what we needed. We have a Peerless faucet and the plastic cover over the buttons disintegrated a few months ago. I thought we would just have to get an entire new faucet, then I found this.It works very well and was super easy to install. The diameter of this part is slightly smaller than the base but unless some is told about it it isn't noticeable. See photo.I highly recommend this product.

Works
One of the few pull outs for legacy faucets. Meets the latest lower flow restrictions of California and some other states. The head is angled and is troublesome for use on some legacy high-rise American Standard kitchen faucets. There are very few other choices available. If this item leaks, malfunctions or breaks I will replace the whole faucet.
