Worth every penny
Best deep-conditioning hair product I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them. It's relatively expensive, but worth it. My hair is in better shape and is more manageable than it ever has been... I think because I started using this product a year ago. I will always keep Masque Quintessence on my shelf.

Not worth the money.
I am so mad! I looked at tons of reviews for a nice hair mask. This one was spendy and had a lot of good reviews so I thought I’d give it a chance. My hair is worse than before! So much frizz and and it feels like straw. It didn’t feel that way before this product!

TRANSFORMATIVE
This is the most transformative mask I have ever used. It is well worth the money! I have long wavy hair that can be unruly. After using this I am able to let my hair air dry then style and it looks like I’ve had a blowout. The shine factor is like it being kissed by the sun after just the first use. READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Paint it on you DRU hair and let it sit for at least 20 minutes or sleep in it overnight. After starting to use this I have given up all dry shampoo between washes and all hairspray. It really improves your natural oils on your scalp. It is a game changer!!!

I love how my hair feels and looks after deep conditioning with this product
Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it smells a little weird (the intended fragrance is pleasant but is faintly sour, almost like it should be kept in the refrigerator) otherwise it helps with frizz, detangling and is wildly moisturing, especially when applied to dry hair and left in overnight. For reference, I have fragile, dry, baby fine, high density, low porosity, 3b naturally curly, multiracial hair. In spite of the weird sourness, I love how my hair feels and looks after deep conditioning with this product and so I am hoarding it. Good thing a little goes a very long way. I am on the fence whether it’s worth repurchasing or not ... that will depend on the health of my hair after using the whole jar.

Not at all worth the price!
My hair is course, thick, and frizzy. This mask did not help one bit, actually made my hair look worse! You can spend far less money on a better masque. Sometimes the price doesn't mean the product works well. Extremely disappointed. They should lower the price, or take it off the market completely.

Not worth $145
Bought this because of the great reviews. It was definitely not worth the money. The smell is awful (reminds me of a funeral parlor). Tried to get past the smell and used it several times. My hair did feel softer but almost felt thinner. Had greater success with store bought deep conditioners.

Not worth it...
I was really excited to treat myself/my hair to this. Since I bleach my hair, I am on a constant quest for that perfect product that is will deliver soft, shiny hair and also help repair some of the damage that is inevitable caused by bleaching. However, I was SO disappointed by this! I tried it several times and several different ways (on dry hair, on wet hair, left it on for several hours before shampooing, etc) and if anything my hair felt drier than it did before. Plus side, the smell is nice but not worth $100.

GOLD for your dry hair
Receiving a Amazon gift card and the price was reduced at the time, I bit the bullet and purchased this and would do it again.I've been told for years to purchase this and it's amazing product... NO JOKE! This is GOLD for the hair. I've been coloring my hair for years and my hair is dry. I use the spatula that it comes with and apply it to my dry hair and put it in a bun or pony tail and workout, clean house, whatever. I shampoo with the Bamboo shampoo and it's silky. I've been using it for 3 months now alternating with the Masque A L'Orchidee. It smells a little different but who cares, your hair will look amazing!
