I received the eyeliner pot and have tried to open it however the top just will not unscrew! I contacted the seller about this issue and they have not offer an acceptable resolution. The seller insist that they shipped item as described and for me to use a cloth to hold top and unscrew, they seem to NOT understand that I have tried opening serveral times with and without a cloth and top will not open. They asked for pictures like that would show them that it doesn't open, unbelievable. Bad customer service!! Thanks to Amazon they apporved for item to be return for a refund.
