It work at 5V DC, and it's very loud. Red wire is positive(first pole at jack)

yes. The working current is 100mA at 5VDC power bank, it's 50mA at 3VDC.

I dont know what do you mean with range . I'm a B103 User , so I dont have this power cable , I have just the wires connected to a WiFi plug and in case of movement (detected by a sensor in a defined room and when nobody is at home) siren is activated automatically . (just an idea about possible use)

You should add a power adapter(12V DC) or 5VDC(phone charger), and because the siren work at 2 to 12VDC. The power from plug is 110VAC.
