I am buying my second bottle now. I can't say how it works, but I do feel more supported and less fried. I have been on prednisone for 4 years, and it has of course destroyed my body. I have a new hip, because of avascular necrosis, so it's been bad. But I have to take it, otherwise I will basically blow up ;) no, not really, but I could die. Anyway, I have been weaning off, and am at a low enough dosage, that taking a supplement to support my adrenals isn't a waste. And I have to say that after a few days, I did notice an increase of energy, less fatigue and just a better overall feeling. I haven't noticed that I sleep any better, and definitley haven't had an improvement in libido, but I do feel better, and the only thing I did differently was add these. So, I am almost out, and ordering more.

So I just finished my first bottle of 60. I agree that it definitely made a positive difference. My background is flooded with traumatic events that ultimately put me on the table for open heart surgery 5yrs ago.. my heart and aortic valve were calcified and enlarged from extreme stress... However my brain has conditioned itself to stress and anxiety as a normal function in life constantly in fight or flight survival mode.. I've worked extremely hard restoring balance and wellness these past 5 yrs. Psycilocibin microdose actually rebooted me out of PTSD and cleared the cache (almost over night) to my dysfunctional routine of coping.. but my body was still a bit wired for anxiety and ready to dash at any moment.About 2wks in to taking this product, I noticed a sudden 'calmness' in my thought process. At first I thought it was my new breathing meditation routine but these calm results happened about 2 days into practicing the correct way of deep breathing. Years of anxiety conditions you to breathe very shallow and even hold your breath without realizing it depriving oxygen from our vitals.. we dont even notice how bad our breathing habits are until we try to correct it. Very frustrating to correct habits to an involuntary action of the brain...But then I started walking slower, too (weird). Normally I'm sprinting mentally and physically to and from everything all day long (another side effect of anxiety).Then last week I started speaking slower in well thought out conversations, focus and a lot more organized in thought. Bonus!I'm now 100% convinced this product corrected the excessiveness of cortisol release 24/7 bc that's how our bodies can quickly respond to fears without skipping a beat ..over 20 or 30 yrs of this our brain treats it as a normal function and floods the system with cortisol- not good.So yes.. I will continue taking this product. On a side note, I learned not to take it before bed as it kept me up til 6am WIDE awake - best in the morning. I now naturally pace myself and think twice. Finally!Thank you for this product. It changed my life and everyday my energy levels are consistent for the1st time.

This is the second bottle we have gotten. It works! We have major stress as we lived through a fire that destroyed our town. The lack of good sleep added to our stress level. This has brought back our quality of sleep which makes dealing with life’s trials a whole lot easier!

These work well you can actually feel the effects the first couple of times you use them. I don't use them daily only when I need them to help me as I believe one should work out and practice deep breathing to release stress on a daily basis. However, we all have times in our lives when stressful emotional things happen and these seem to help me.

This stuff is incredible!!! I have suffered for years with Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue and Post-Menopausal symptoms.I could tell a difference in my energy and pain levels by the 2nd day of taking this. Gave me so much "get up and go" that I attributed to age (57), but not the "speedy" feeling I have had with other products of this nature. I found out one capsule a day in the morning with my smoothie has enabled me to cut back to one cup of coffee. (Couldn't take two or I couldn't sleep at night). I have now recommended to my friends, and they both ordered it yesterday. Can't wait to see if it works as well for them as it does for me. Haven't had any loss off my tummy, am hoping that comes with time.

I had been lacking energy, significantly. And, I had foggy brain. Eventually I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Didn’t like the fact that we are not told before purchasing “ Don’t use if your estrogen positive before purchasing”. Of course could not return and lost $30.00 through it in the trash because I am estrogen positive.

I have taken these before, but got them at a store and they worked within hours, i wasn't feeling spacey or tired in the afternoon anymore. However, they made me put on a little weight.....Now my 2nd bottle, this time from amazon, didn't work for me after many weeks of taking them, so maybe they changed the formula?I returned for a refund and will look for another option.
