If it has the lightning bolt sticker on the charger, it should quick charge. One of the sellers was selling regular chargers with a headline stating they were the quick charge kind. I'm not sure about the other vendors, but as far as I know, all of my products are fully functional. I apologize that you've had the misfortune of buying from a less than trust-worthy vendor.
