The media could not be loaded. This is such a cool faucet that everyone who has seen it, loves. Kids are in awe of how it works.Make sure your measurements are exact. The tub spigot has places to where it stabilized the shelf, so you're able to use it for toiletries.

Good quality and Value but Challenging Install
Installers please note that the cover plates are small so be careful with your tile holes. For example, the shower wand cover plate is 2" and the outlet is 1.25", so you'll have 3/8" of space on each side. Not a lot of room for error. The mixing valve plate is more generous.Second, they use proprietary O' ring set screw arrangement to connect to the spout and wand with a 3/4" of thread to mount to your drop elbow. With cement board, thinset and tile the 3/4 of an inch of thread is not nearly enough, so you'll need to chase down some 1/2 MNPT to 1/2 FNPT adaptors. I needed another 3/4" inch to accomodate my large format tiles.Otherwise it seems good quality, nice heavy brass and smooth powdercoat and well packaged.

Great support from the manufacture.
I contacted the manufacturer about the need for longer connections(adapters) between the valves and the fixture and they custom-made the adapters and shipped them within 2 weeks. Fantastic support!

Brass body broke in 4 months and flooded our bedroom!!
We love the faucet but it broke and flooded our bedroom. Now I can't even find a support number to get a replacement!!

Good product, need professional install
This looks beautiful in my bathroom, but since the product is made outside of the US, it needed special sized things for it that connect it behind the wall. So my plumber had to order it. Still, very beautiful once installed.
