It is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients. I recently cancelled my subscription for this Vitamin A as I as a 71 still get acne and oily skin. I've been a fan of YouTube's Dr Eric Berg and have been watching his videos as I want to start a Keto Diet and he is an expert. You can learn about the real Vitamin A from him probably by searching "Vitamin A/Dr Berg" or "Retinol/Dr Berg". He is a chiropractor for 30 years and has been teaching on videos, about 2500 videos. for many years also.

The label does not say anywhere exactly what the Vitamin A comes from. it only says that there is "organic carrot juice root" (not very good English, is it juice from carrot root? is it juice AND root?) in the stuff in the capsule. it says a lot of things that it DOES NOT CONTAIN elsewhere. including fish, so i assume it's not fish-sourced. but it could just be synthetic Vit A. TOO BAD LABELS AREN'T REQUIRED TO TELL YOU STRAIGHT. SOME DO, THIS ONE DOES NOT.
