Remember the days of disposable rugs where you had to spot clean as needed and then eventually toss? Washable rugs are the best, and nuLOOM has great options that are durably, easy to care for and have great colors, patterns and sizes for all decor. This is the 2nd rug I’ve purchased in this brand as I wanted a runner to go in an adjacent mud room to match the larger entry rug. This is also the 2nd time I was surprised that the rug is shipped folded up in a box—not rolled like others, but I appreciate this as it’s so much easier to handle and move around. Plus, the washable nature of the rug doesn’t require rolling. The colors are just as lovely as the rug I am matching (I was a bit nervous they might differ), and I now have a washable rug for a high-traffic area. There are some slight fold lines, but these quickly disappear after the rug is laid out and with use. Washing is a breeze in a home washer and dryer. I pull a freshly cleaned rug from the dryer, and it’s like a brand new rug again. This is certainly not a bad thing! Although the nuLOOM rugs are affordable, much less costly than that brand that has the base that you Velcro the top to (quite a pain), you no longer have to actually replace your rugs. I highly recommend these and plan to buy another for my 3-season room.

****Editing my below review after having for a couple weeks so hopefully it will help potential buyers. I do love the pattern of the rug still, BUT like other buyers said it is extremely hard to vaccuum and I have a shark with many settings. Also after vacuuming it seems like it’s vacuuming up the pattern, my rug has faded significantly after vacuuming a couple times, and also like others said now it’s like mine and my dogs feet stick to it. I got this rug to save my white carpet and keep it nice and clean but I am a huge clean freak and don’t like that it hardly vacuums. Also i would have to take to a laundry mat to wash and I’m fearful of what would happen to the print. So as much as I love the rug and what it did for my room I don’t really suggest it anymore unfortunately.I am giving this rug 5 stars because it gave my living room just what it was missing. I absolutely love it. It is huge so I’m not sure how it will fit in my washing machine, because it says machine washable. I got the 8X10. Thin, but soft and a beautiful print!

This rug is great!! The colors were exactly as expected and shown in the photo! The quality is really great! The bottom is non slip, easy to vacuum! Wish it were a bit softer of material but it’s still great!!

Ok for the purpose I was using it - in an animal rescue area, as I needed it to be easily washable. Extremely thin material, but attractive.

i got two! one for entry way and one for my office. havent washed in machine yet but it will fit (large size too) when the time comes.the bowie is so good and looks just as pictured. there are a few tiny wear spots on the entry way one but that is to be expected and would happen with any rug in an entry way. just rotate it as needed. you cant even tell but i do because i spot everything. you wont be disappointed.vacuums well and does not slide around. you cna use a pad but i dont for either one. no need! very soft.

It's very thin but stays on the floor which is surprising! We haven't had to wash it yet, but we're excited to be able to!! The pattern is very cool and fits well with our flooring and decor. It's pretty much exactly like the photos but much prettier than I thought it would be!!!!

Color is great and it’s fairly washable, but it’s nearly impossible to vacuum with my cordless Shark. Would not buy again

This beautiful rug material is texturized, not overly soft like others. The rougher texture aids my senior schnauzer with maintaining her stability, and we love it!Just right thickness can fit 5x8 in my front load washer. I wash on cold only. I’ve had the 1st one for over a year with several washes and color still vibrant.
