Q: Does this come as a whole round or is it a cut piece weighing 4 lbs.?

The whole wheels are about 8 to 10 Lbs. We sell it in 4 lb cuts (about half a wheel) as that is what fits into the foam coolers we use that fit into a Medium USPS flat-rate box.

Q: It is listed as 5 lbs but your answer to another question indicates that it is 4 lbs. Which is it? Thanks1

The Stilton was purchased December 2020, from recollection the weight was 4lbs, 4ozs. It certainly wasn’t the described 5lbs.
