I try to use it as a supplement but it allmost sick me the first time I tried it..

I love this stuff. Have been taking for around 10 years in various forms and its a great energy boost right before work without causing a energy crash like coffee. It tastes pretty good too. I take it in the morning with my Licorice Root Extract to make a really potent combo for a stressful chaotic work environment.

Hmmm I haven't noticed any benefits yet? Will I? The taste takes a lot of getting used to. I can honestly say I haven't noticed any vigor other than what I normally have. I was hoping to have a more than subtle affect. I need to have a greater feeling of clarity in my studies. I will purchase another bottle to see if I notice a difference in mental astuteness.
