I love this stuff. I keep rolls of in my pack, my car, my hydration pack, my bike tool box, my car...everywhere. I like to hike and mountain bike a lot and this is my go-to tape when I get a scrape or blister. The tape stays stuck where you put it but it is not so stuck that it hurts to remove it. If you have a need for medical grade adhesive tape, this should be the tape that you choose.

Five stars because it stays on really well and does the job better than other brands. However I have very sensitive skin and it bothered me after a few days of repeated use. I recommend taping only over gauze, not bare skin if you have sensitive skin.
