Good as the name brand. Didn't cause drowsiness. Definitely worked as expectorant but maybe not as great suppressing coughs, as is the case with the name brand versions.

one drank should get you through the day. I don't even read the tbl on the side cause that is never enough. i literally take one sip out of the bottle and it knocks out everything for the whole day. this also prevents me from having to come back and take it multiple times because I don't like drugs so if I can knock it out in one sip instead of multiple, let me be great. ijs. Not saying do what I do, as everyone is different. That is just what works for me. and it works 10xs better than the actual name brand Robitussin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR COMMON COLDS OR BODY ACHES DUE TO FEVER
