Great awning for the price. This was an absolute life saver while camping in Moab. We were able to enjoy time outside without baking in the sun. Goes up easy, quality parts and seams are all sealed.

This was a less expensive awning than most. It showed terribly too. It only took a small wind to break the poles. I was unable to find any support for or any contact info for this company. I ended up repairing the poles myself. But it only took another small wind to finish it off but I'm a different spot. Parts replacement would make it a bit better. Very unsatisfied with this product. I only used it for 4 weeks.

Its a great awning just remember when you mount it on the passenger side of the truck that the zipper faces up so yes water will get in , but its no big deal once you open it up the awning dries fast . But if you mount it on the drivers side the zipper is at the bottom and water will not get in. Its nice that its universal for either side . It can be set up by one person but with two It goes really fast

I bought this 270 awning to use for camping out at the beach/mountains. The pivot point of the awning is where it’s the weakest. A 14mph wind gust was able to snap the “hinge” or where the pivot bolt goes through in half. Now my question is could I buy these parts off the seller in order to use fix my awning? (This is literally the second time I tried using it)

On left, side opening on the bottom.No water leak at all. Just lower on rainy days legs and water will go as it should.Wind can destroy . Use all the ropes or just put it back ....

very good costumer support, very helpful. had a situation where the wind blew the awning and broke part of the hinge, messaged seller about replacement parts and they immediately replied back. they were willing the send the parts i needed with no problems. im a very happen customer. i recommend this product for those who are looking for a 270 awning on a budget.

This thing bent to hell and one of the arms broke. Would love a refund but can’t get ahold of the seller.pretty lame that it came with corrosion on the arms. And the bottom part at the hinge end was bent up and the manufacturing quality control seems nonexistent seeing as the ends were left super rough posing a risk of injury and potential to cut through the cover. The cover is the nicest part, also. I do not recommend this product. although quality 270 awnings are triple this price, either don't get one, or save up and invest.
