Perfectly small, and great reception
Installed so easy, and it's stayed in place perfectly throughout intense rainstorms, carwashes, daily highway trips, and snowstorms. I only noticed a slight reduction in what stations I could get after installing this little antenna

Shorter antenna, shorter reception.
It's easy to swap. Just unscrew the old and screw on the new with either of the two threaded studs that matches. But, at least with my Pontiac G8, the reception isn't as strong. As long as I'm in town, it's fine. I can get about half as far out of town towards the next as I can with the original antenna. It's maybe a 20 mile difference.

Rigid, short Antennae with great reception
I live in an area that is a distance from the major city and has a bit of trouble with reception. Not a lot but I have trouble pulling in all stations and some get fuzzy in different locations.I cover my car daily and wanted something that was shorter and more durable than the whip since I would have to remove the stock whip every time I covered my car. This worked out perfectly. Its a SOLID piece of hardware that looks great, allows me to cover the car easily without worry about breaking anything and it actually pulls in signals better than the stock long whip antennae. Oh and it looks great!Highly recommend.

Truly Stubby
This antenna is about half the length of the stubby I previously purchased. It is short and stout. I have no doubt it will hold up better than others. Looks great and I will no longer worry about it getting broken if I forget to remove it before going in the drive-thru car wash.

Purchased two antennas for two different MINI Cooper cars from a different Amazon vendor. Not that great of quality and one completely failed within 2-3 weeks. Ordered a stubby from Craven Speed after bing disappointed. It was easily placed on car and it brings in a great sound.
