These are great for hanging pictures. If the picture if large and heavy, you need the larger strips and can attach more than one. I wanted to hang stretched pictures on my garage wall but didn't want to nail them. So, I used these and got carried away with the ease of it. Now I have a lot of pictures on the garage wall, and it looks great. Started using them for pictures on the inside of the home also, since I tend to change out my pictures. Probably not good for heavy pictures with heavy frames and several layers of matting but for others this is fine. Easy to remove also.
