Q: How long will the battery last and are they replaceable?

The life expectancy on the battery is about 3-5 years. It comes with a lithium ion battery and they are not replaceable but they are rechargeable.

Q: How long is the charge good for?

I have found it does last quite long. It is such a nice thing to have the rechargeable than to mess with replaceable batteries. I have very mild loss in my left ear. This has been a blessing. I only use it when I am in a social group, and if you would use it for a longer time, you may have to recharge more.

Q: how many aids are included in package?

there is one pair (2) . must be worn for a few hours to adjust to the individuals needs. they work well and are comfortable to wear even when wearing glasses or a mask

These are amplifiers not hearing aids. I made the same mistake. Return them and get your money back. The seller is horrible to get any real answers from. I ended up returning them and getting my money back from Amazon. I suggest you do the same. Sorry you experienced this.
