Not ideal for taller people
It's pretty mediocre. Tilt function is not very strong (monitor does not stay in tilt position that I want it to). The vertical post part could do with being taller so that I could position my monitor slightly higher. Cable fixing clips are flimsy and break easily.

Sent a broken, used product - DO NOT BUY
I was sent a product that was clearly used and did not work. From the looks of similar poor reviews for this product, the issue I had (the tilt functionality being broken) is shared by a lot of products. I also received a box that had clearly been opened, and a lot of the screws were already scratched. It's frustrating to receive a product that has such a glaring issue that is clearly ignored by the seller.

The instructions were lacluster and the arm was very difficult to assemble, making the process a nightmare. The product works fine and is a good arm nonetheless
