Q: What size battery does this take?

Per the manual, it uses one Fenix 18650 ARB-L18 series battery or two CR123A batteries. It comes with the rechargeable 2600 Ah 18650 battery. Fenix also sells a longer lasting 3500 Ah version of this battery. Check out their web site - Fenix-store.com for the whole scoop.

Q: Fenix's website says the HM60R has 1300 lumens. Why does it say 1200 here?

FENIX website I see reads 1200 lumens for the HM60R.

Q: Do you have to cycle through all of the modes to turn it off or will the clicking the button again after a certain amount of seconds turn it off?

To turn this light off you will not need to cycle through all the modes. You will need to long-press the power button which will turn the light off. When you turn the light back on it should return to the previously used brightness mode.

Q: Is there a warranty on these?

A five-year warranty on the headlamp. A one-year warranty on the battery.
