I'm in love with this product!I have plenty of scars on my legs which has left me with low self esteem, so I desperately wanted a product that would reduce the appearance of them. I was using another scar product before using this product and saw little improvement, I understand that it may take time to see improvement but I have a horrible trait of being really impatient so I decided to buy this after reading the good reviews about itAfter receiving this product I used it right away and continue to use it three times a day. After about 3 days, I kid you not, my scars have become a little lighter (look a little faded) I know it's only a minor improvement, but an improvement is better than no improvement, and for visible results in a short space of time has made me the happiest person!I also love that the tiniest bit goes a long way. I used a drop on one scar but was able to cover the side of my leg which is always a good thing when you want the product to last for awhile.I have started to use this on my face as it has amazing moisturising properties. I was sceptic about using this product on my face as I have really sensitive skin but after reading that it's good for sensitive skin I thought I'd give it ago because I have places on my skin which are really dry and some places which are oily. I used this product before bed and when I woke up my skin was literally the softest it's ever been, I now use it before putting on my makeup as it makes it easier for the foundation to blend.Although products work differently on everyone, I would still highly recommend this product!

I have been a frequent user of the natural aloe vera leaf. Back in my own country Malaysia, I used to grow some back in my own garden, harvest it when it grew big, sliced the outer skin off and apply the gel straight-away on my face to remove pimple scars effectively. It sure beats putting egg whites or lemon juice, they're just horrid on the skin because it's sensitive.When I got here to UK, the cold winter has been harsh on my face. I am suffering from 'prickly heat' - if the sweat glands acted up beneath the skin of my face if the room is quite warm, skin irritations would erupt and I got major breakouts on my face. Unfortunately, I could never get a hold on the natural aloe vera plant here in UK to lessen the effects of my face irritation.I heard about this product when my housemate accidentally touched a hot part of the oven with her hand, and she got a burn scar afterwards. She used this aloe vera gel on her scar, and a week later she ran around showing everyone how the scar has now became less noticeable. The gel has done wonders for her, and so I decided to buy this same gel like hers, and apply it to my face.I got to say, after half a week or so, I could definitely see improvements - my pimple scars has lightened up. Although it didn't solve my 'prickly heat' problem, I am relieved to finally use a product that stops my face from getting further scarred. The best thing is - it's completely safe and not harsh on my sensitive skin. Best feeling ever!Now the one thing that I was pretty annoyed - it said it is 99.9% which could be an overstatement. It does contain some other ingredients like tea tree oil, lotion, and just as many other reviewers have observed, it contains sodium hydroxide which is an eye irritant. So a note of caution when applying this gel close to the eye - the sting is pretty strong. However it wasn't a big problem as I would close my eye when I apply it on my face. The sting will be gone after 2 or 3 minutes.Overall, I would definitely recommend to buy this aloe vera gel. I tried this aloe vera gel for the first time recently after reading on a natural beauty blog how good it is for acne. I have PCOS and have suffered with acne for about 12 years now (ie too long!!). My acne is less severe than it used to be but I still get very sore inflamed spots that are very painful, especially around my period. I've been using this product for around 2 weeks now (applying it morning and evening to spot prone areas) and can already see a huge difference in my skin. It is less inflamed, smoother, softer and my acne scars are beginning to fade. I wish I had known about this as a teenager as it is cheap, natural and doesn't have any nasty drying affects like some topical treatments you can buy/are prescribed.The odd reviews has mentioned that this gel irritated their eyes and I also find it can be a little stingy if applied on skin near the eye area (e.g uppercheeks). However, if I shut my eyes for a few seconds once I've applied the gel to skin near-ish my eyes, whatever the irritant is soon disappears and the gel doesn't affect my eyes one bit. If you have problematic skin I'd say definitely give this gel a try!

I'd heard aloe vera is good for skin problems, so when I had a hard-to-get-rid-of sore/dry place on my face I decided to give this a go.This product is totally natural and gentle, with a light smell and a gel consistency. It glides onto the skin easily and dries quickly, but I found if used over a larger area it pulls slightly on the skin when it does, perhaps like a face mask might do. That said, it isn't painful in the slightest and the skin can still be moved easily.I used it nightly and after only a few days found the sore/dry skin was shrinking. With continued use it disappeared completely and I have had no recurrence. I have used only the smallest amount and so far it doesn't make any difference to the appearance of the tube. I would imagine the 200ml tube would last for many months even if I was still using it now.The price represents great value and the tube holds plenty for regular use. From now on, any skin problems I might have will be treated with a good dollop of aloe vera. Excellent natural product, highly recommended.
