Q: the picture shows two mic units, does the shipment come with one mic or two mics?

The 2 miss in the picture are not included with the basic unit.We purchased them separately, but have not needed them.Our conference room is about 15x25

Q: Do these only work with the IP 7000, or can they work with the DUO model?

I only ordered these because they work with our IP7000. and they work great. Very clear in a room with 13 people.

Q: What is the power source for this product: the Polycom device, or is it plug-in

These plug into the soundstation unit. The power supply for the soundstation is an external PoE power supply.
