I absolutely loved this!!! Your skin May itch for a few minutes prior to putting on. I do recommend not shaving or exfoliating the area you are going to spray! Great alternative for a natural pain reliever.

I originally purchased this to help me sleep by spraying it on my feet. It works wonderfully for that. However, I recently strained my back and after about 5 days of using a heat pad, a back massager and pain relief ointment I got a little relief. But I remembered I had this spray and some Castor oil. What a game changer!!! I can’t believe how soon (about 15 minutes) after adding this spray and Castor oil to my routine I felt immediate relief. I wish I had remembered this spray sooner. I would not have suffered so long. This stuff is amazing!!! ! I am ordering more as I don’t want to ever run out.

Very good for sleep, makes me pass out in like 20 minutes. Does make your feet and hands feel dry because it’s sea salt water. The sea salt does crystallize in the spraying thing and I have to just pick it off and it work good again, just effects the outside of it tho not the inside bottle. Also idk if it’s just me but I think the salt is drying out my feet but also making them smell bad. Thank you for listening to my rant about my smelly feet, I recommend this product for a sleep aid

The most amazing sleep aid . I spray 5 sprays on the bottom of each foot as soon as I get into bed & started spraying my shoulder which has been in pain from calcium buildup on the rotator for a couple years. My shoulder after a couple weeks is not hurting at all and I weight train 3 days a week Less than 10 minutes (more like 5 ) I am fast asleep . If I have to get up because I drank too much water before bed I will go right back to sleep. Usually I’d be awake all night. I had horrible insomnia for years before magnesium. I highly recommend this z Canadian company
