I’m at health optimisation practitioner and have been in the health field for 20 years. I hadn’t come across this brand before so haven’t done a deep dive into them. I’m actually really impressed with their ethos and with the Providence of their ingredients. What’s brilliant about them? Is that there are no nasty and no fillers in them. Something that unfortunately is wild and prolific in the supplements industry.The ingredients in this particular multivitamin and multi mineral formula are really good in my opinion. They seem to have thought really carefully about what works in logistically in order to optimise health and try to put all of it in one little capsule. And I admire this.In terms of impact and efficacy, I don’t ever expect an instant effect from supplements. So trust is what I base this on and I trust the quality of the ingredients and the number of them to take them and trust in the process. Really interested in seeing what else this brand do.

I've been feeling a bit run down and sluggish lately, which I've put down to a busy work schedule and not always eating as well as I should. I started taking one of these capsules each morning with my breakfast to try and get back on track. They are easy to swallow and don't have any particular taste or smell. After a couple of weeks of consistent use, I have noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels throughout the day. I seem to be thinking more clearly at work and feel less inclined to reach for a coffee in the afternoons. It’s a subtle change, not a sudden jolt of energy, but more of a sustained feeling of being more 'on form'.

Lots of ingredients in these medium sized capsules aim to cover all the needs of women in one supplement. The capsules have quite a strong smell which I found slightly unpleasant.The recommended serving is two capsules per day, so this pack offers just 30 days supply at £23.31 per pack, which makes this product quite costly if used regularly.

I take vitamins daily but I've tried convincing the Misso - she took some but never told me she'd run out and never ordered them, so seeing these I grabbed them in an attempt to help. She always says "they don't do anything" but my response is "they help with things you won't necessarily notice" and I stand by that.Anyway, arriving wrapped in just bubble wrap, the bottle is sealed by way of the whole label as such. The underneath showed a best by date of 2028, so that's nigh on 3 years from when they arrived and therefore no issues there.Breaking the seal to the jar, the inside hasn't got a foil seal like I've normally seen but as said, the whole label on the outside is the plastic seal, so it would be very obvious when broken. Inside you can see the tablets, a yellowy/orangey look and typical capsules as you'd expect.Asking her to take two, she said there was a slight taste, easy to swallow and no after taste. The list of what's in them is pretty huge to be honest and any supplement is usually a good thing and a couple of the ingredients are very much beneficial for some of her issues (thyroid and nails specifically).Only time will tell with the benefits. They're not the cheapest supplement for a months supply but they're not the worst either. No issues with taking them though and hopefully they'll help overall.

This supplement is easy to swallow and digest, with no negative aftertaste. It’s convenient to take and contributes to my overall healthy diet to aid wellbeing.

Ii am very impressed with the ingredients here . How well researched and thought out this supplement it.I have also , being in the field, had a look at the company whose values I like very much.This supplement is pack full of thing you need and that work together to begin to nourish the body better.Remember . this is what you are made of and what you burn up each day by living. It is about nourishment and keeping that high.It takes time . You stay on supplements a long love time and then just notice that so many things are better or bad things that done happen any more.I like this one.A great range of good stuff.Not really expensive at a..Good quality supplements cost money to make.. so worry more if its too cheap.

Vegan capsules, with lots of ingrediants to help support women.Slightly pricey for a months supply.My wife's issue with these is they left her feeling slightly sleepy the next day. Maybe this will improve with time, and I don't see any other reviewers mentioning it, so I won't mark them based on this, but I'm mentioning it incase anyone else finds they are feeling more tired rather than less tired.4 stars - good ingredients. Lose a star as the price seems a little high.

This works but they do not smell very nice at all. I dont recommend breathing until you have swallowed it!
