Q: I usually buy the serious mass stuff, but this seems a lot cheaper. can anyone recommend this brand over serious mass?

Ive had the banana flavour , tastes oaty not banana . Haven't noticed much of a difference , I guess you get what you pay for . Think I'll be going back to maxi muscle .

You could have as many as you want i guess i usually have 2 /3 scoops if i work out . If i dont i might have 2/3 in The am and The same later . Obviously its only s supplement and diet and Training arę your main part but The flavours arę good The price is excellent for The size ( havent found a better deal yet ) Try it and see im on my 3rd tub

I can't see the scoop size written up on Amazon. I can see it says 3 scoops per portion. I also can't see the nutritional breakdown - only the ingredients list. Isn't that required by law in the UK?

I don't think so I believe its full fat milk.
