It does not work. It's stays same after using for 7 hours also...

Total waste of money
Product doesn’t work the way specified. The adhesive is super sticky. Be ready to spend about half an hour every time used to get rid of adhesive. The pads don’t change colour. Contacted Amazon, they asked to contact seller & seller asking to contact Amazon.Amazon promised to get back in a days time, but never got back.

The quality has been compromised, not that effective, thought the packing has been kept good for advertising n marketing but product fails to be what it should be. Adhesive not that strong to keep the packet sticker to feet till morning n the product too does not effectively detoxify your body
