It works well initially, but then the adapter heated up very fast. No speed control which my family wanted. The motor made some irritating sounds as well. Came across one from the KANSAKIT brand on Marketplace. They are the manufacturer for various Kansa massager. Their response was timely, detailed, and customer-friendly. The quality was great, huge wati, Variable speed control and zero noise motor. Would recommend contacting them by searching KANSAKIT. A good deal.
