It is okay, but I've had to limit the dose as I goto the gym every single day and this bottle will vanish pretty quick 75ml per day. one dose 15ml before workout and 2x 30ml doses so combined 60ml after a workout, total 75ml.I ran out of one in under 12 days for £20-30 quid no way can I afford this monthly. Had to limit my dose to 30ml per day if I want it to last take all 30ml before workout and after workout just a protein shake or protein bar for recovery or a pouch of mix nuts for the protein hit which is natural fat and that's healthy for your body. You are what you eat and drink.I took 2 stars away from this as I believe its not worth the price, and this stuff comes with 185 calories for 75ml 7g carbs 38.5 grams protein that gets 3 stars in itself, 7g sugar 0.5g Fat, but limiting it to 30ml I get 2.8g carbs, 2.8g Sugar 0.2g fat 15.4g protein 74 caloriesoverall I don't need that much protein hit because the food I eat being high in protein already, its a waste to drink all 75ml per day. Unless you want to go anabolic like Hulk I recommend only 15 or 30ml to keep the sugar and excess calories low. Still for the price I can get cheaper doses of protein bars or shakes for less sugar less carbs less calories than taking 75ml. and for less money that would last me 12 days at the gym.
