Q: Are the storage jars identical or is there a way to tell which has tea, coffee and sugar in without opening them?

The jars are all the same, not named eg tea, coffee etc.

Q: Can you put labels on these

I would say No, as they are not smooth. What you could do is put a "T" and " C" single letter on the silver bit of lid for the Tea and Coffee. As all containers have a "S" on them, you could leave that for the Sugar. Hope this helps.

Q: Can I keep biscuits in the suger container instead of sugar

Not sure really. I’ve only had mine a few weeks and I use mine for tea bags, sugar and hot chocolate dolce gusto pods
