If you have never taste the delights of Barados, Aunt May is as good a place to start. The sauce consistency is like a quik ketchup in flow. Not watery like Tabasco. You see the chopped ingredients in the autumnal yellow sauce. Heat is about 8 to 9. It has a great aftertaste and comes into it's own on sandwiches - cutters in Barbados. Great with cold meat and cheese. Small amounts only mind. Mix with mayo for an instant steak sauce or for dipping etc. An acquired taste for some. Others like me get hooked. Have fun with it
